Forsendelse og returnering
Bestilling
På RyeskovRacing.dk kan du både bestille varer til levering med post, eller til afhentning “på banen”/indehaverens adresse.
Vi modtager kun ordrer fra Danmark, og sender kun til brofaste øer i Danmark. Ved bestilling via webshoppen vil du få en ordre bekræftelse med det samme, og din ordre vil typisk blive behandlet indenfor 1-2 dage.
Du vil modtage mails med status, helt frem til det bliver afsendt/afhentet
Hvis du har ændringer til dit køb, skal du omgående kontakte Claus pr. telefon eller mail.
Der tages forbehold for leveringstid og restordre hos vores leverandører – vi vil holde dig orienteret om eventuelle forsinkelser, hvis varen(e) ikke er på lager hos os eller vores leverandører.
Priser
Alle priser er inkl 25% moms, der tages forbefold for prisstigninger, udsolgte varer og trykfejl.
Alle køb kan foretages med check eller kontant betaling ved levering.
Forsendelse
Alle varer bliver sendt med Post Danmark eller kan afhentes efter aftale. Bemærk at du kan bestille varer i shoppen, og vente med at betale indtil du afhenter varerne. Hvis du ikke har afhentet varerne 14 dage efter købet er bekræftet, forbeholder vi os retten til at ophæve købet.
Hvis du bliver forhindret i at afhente varerne indenfor 14 dages fristen, så kontakt venligst webshoppen for en aftale om forlængelse af fristen.
Garanti og reklamation
Alle varer er selvfølgelig omfattet af købeloven. Du har 2 års reklamationsret på alt købt i butikken.
Hvis varen har en påvist fejl ved salgstidspunktet kan du altid får byttet eller få udbedret fejlen.
Hvis der skulle opstå problemer af den ene eller anden karakter er du altid velkommen til at kontakte os.
Fortrydelse og retur
Skulle du fortryde dit køb har du 14 dages returret på produktet fra det øjeblik du modtager varen, eller hvis du ikke afhenter den.
Varen skal være i ubrudt emballage når der er tale om elektriske produkter, og må ikke bære tegn på slidtage. Varen skal returneres i original emballage.
Vælger du at fortryde købet og returnere varen, så får du selvfølgelig alle pengene retur.
Hvis du skal sende varen tilbage til butikken, så skal du altid kontakte os på forhånd. Hvis der er tale om en reklamation, så skal der også være en fyldig fejlbeskrivelse vedlagt
